Please be aware that as a NC account holder you are advised by ATS and Atomwide not to share your .303 or .305 account credentials with anyone, including ATS staff. Our technicians have been instructed not to ask for the credentials, so should you need any help with your USO account or Staffmail email setup you will need to be on hand to login.

This year we close for Christmas on Wednesday 21st December at 6pm, then re-open at 8am on Tuesday 3rd January.

Please note that we will be contacting all the schools, colleges, and academies that we support over the next week, to let you all know about an important change to the way we can support you on LGFLv2.

Put simply, we have become Atomwide partners which will in the long term mean that we are able to offer you more services from the heart of the new LGFL network, but in the short term has meant that we have had to come out from the umbrella of Bexley, and register as a 3^rd party support company with LGFL. In short this means that we will need to ask each establishment to complete a ‘3^rd Party IT Support’ form so that Atomwide can ensure we can continue to manage all your LGFL/USO/Staffmail queries.

Please watch out for the form and return it to us at your earliest convenience to avoid delays in future support tickets.

We’d like to welcome our new helpdesk manager Tony Mayzes.

Tony joined us on Monday 28^th November and has a wealth of I.T. experience and has already fitted in brilliantly, so we’re all sure he’ll make a strong addition to the team. As your first point of contact with us on most occasions we’re sure you’ll get to speak to him soon…..
